Public Land Access Council

The Public Land Access Council (PLAC) is a body that represents people that would be negatively affected by the creation of new national parks. The PLAC committee is made up of representatives from associations that have affected members. PLAC currently speaks for tens of thousands of every day people, that want to see a STOP to the creation of new national parks.
